Yoga 

Yoga Classes in the Hatha style are open to anyone regardless of age and experience. Each class lasts for around 90 minutes and includes: pranayama (yogic breathing), asanas (traditional yoga poses), meditation and relaxation.
The fee for classes is £30.00 per 6 week term.

Private classes are also available, they are 1 1/2 hours long and cost from £40.00 per session.
